What if I already have an Order Management System for my stores?

No Problem. Instead of pushing the predicted order quantities (data) into our order management system, we can simply push to yours. Because it is cloud-based data, it is fairly simple to integrate with API’s.

Do you offer a Trial Version we can test out?

Yes, we call them “Sneak Peeks”. We simply turn it on (Since it’s in the cloud), load your data for the # of stores you want to evaluate…usually 5-10, and we start predicting. A typical Sneak Peek would last about 3 months to provide optimized validation.

I have an inventory management system and some business Intelligence/analytics reporting that help Forecast when we need to replenish an item, so What is the difference?

Forecasting is for weathermen! Using Artificial Intelligence machine learning drives a 25%+ prediction improvement over traditional forecast modeling leveraging Data Science vs. inventory demand planning tools.

Replenish vs. Predict – What we have seen is most inventory systems alert you when you are low on an item and may even have analytics reports that give guidance on what you ordered historically, however, that is a Reactive Replenishment model which still doesn’t tell you if it was the “Right” amount…was it too much and you threw a bunch of product away or was it too little and you lost sales. Predictive Analytics, using machine learning, takes in all of these inputs + more (like weather, holidays, demographic) and provides the “right” amount. However, Eruza then takes it a step further in proactively publishing that quantity into an order management tool to make it easy for the buyers at the store level to order the product.

How much does it cost?

We start at $20 to $50 a location per month depending on the volume of sites and SKUs… Because we moved the current version of Eruza to the Cloud, built on the Microsoft Azure platform, we also migrated to a monthly Subscription model. Our goal is to keep it as simple as possible.

How do you get our Data? Do you Integrate with our Systems?

We provide two options. Option 1: We integrate to your systems (Big and small) like SAP, Microsoft, or QuickBooks to pull Sales Order History, Catalog or Inventory(if needed) or Option 2: We have an Excel Template we provide that allows Sales Order history to be uploaded.

Are you open to more private label partners?

Absolutely! We build the product specifically to support the ability for our customers/partners to private label in the event they want to extend usage of the ordering system for their customers.
